Effect: Moves a current CPU Team to a new home city of your choice. The roster, history, and records travel with the team to the new location.

Restriction: This is a location change only. It does not affect team branding, logos, or colors (the team keeps their existing name and identity). The target team must be CPU-controlled (cannot relocate a user-owned franchise without their consent). Teams that have historical brand changes can possibly be moved back to the orginal location so keep that in mind.
